Directions to find students' classes on the computer:
As a school we are using the Microsoft Teams platform to deliver remote learning. The app comes preloaded on the computer issued by SPS. Once students enter the app they should click on the three dots located in the bar on the left hand side of the computer screen and click on calendar. Please switch the settings to day view and you will see invites for all classes. Click on the purple square and you will be invited to join the class.

SPS Student Help Desk
The new Student Help Desk is now available to SPS students and their families!
Students/families will no longer be able to post their questions in their Student Help Desks on MS Teams and will instead be directed to the new SPS Student Help Desk. Please note, this new student Help Desk is for SPS students and families only.

- It will support both English and Spanish on the phone number (live chat is English only).
- More information will be shared later on support for families needing other languages.
- Students with a broken/inoperable laptop should call the new Help Desk and if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the Help Desk will submit the request for a replacement delivery on the student’s behalf.
